Greene Roots Counseling is a therapy practice based in Golden Colorado, and is rooted in connection, growth, and whole-person care. I provide individualized, evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with an emphasis on attachment, emotional regulation, relational health, and developmental needs.​

I was born and raised in Colorado, and my deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and community strongly influences both my life and my therapeutic approach. I also share my life with two dogs, who continually remind me of the importance of presence, play, and connection, values I intentionally bring into my work with clients.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual and family I work with. I integrate experiential, play-based, and art-based therapeutic modalities alongside evidence-based practices to support expression, self-understanding, and healing, especially when words alone are not enough. This is particularly beneficial for children and adolescents, and for anyone who connects more deeply through movement, creativity, or hands-on experiences.​
